Worcester CCAS provides an accounting service to support trading networks using community currencies based on the free association of individuals with accounts in the network.
Account holders are willing to consider trading in community currency. All accounts start at zero.
Transfer of community currency can only be authorised by the person making payment or the administrator applying service charges.
The administrator may decline to record an acknowledgement considered inappropriate.
One Worcester Pound shall be considered to represent one pound 'sterling'.
All account holders may know the balance and turnover of any other account holder.
Account holders are responsible for their own taxes.
Account holders agree to the recording on computer of any information they may supply. While all information except balance and turnover of accounts is considered confidential, neither the CCAS or its agents can guarantee that confidentiality, or be held liable for any breach of it once it has been legitimately disclosed.
Worcester CCAS do not accept liability for the quality of any goods or services purchased using community currency.
Nothing in these agreements shall effect your statutory rights.

Community Way Terms & Conditions
One community way pound is equal to £1 sterling.
Community way cheque/vouchers are issued in values of 1, 5, and 10, for each pound exchanged.
Community way pounds are not negotiable and no change will be given.
Each participating business will set its own terms and conditions of acceptance of community way pounds.
Worcester CCAS on behalf of Worcester Community Currency Development Services will charge a service fee of 10% in cw£ on all business donations made in cw£.
Worcester CCAS reserve the right to alter or terminate the program at any time, without the need for prior notice. On termination, Worcester CCAS will inform all account holders and specify a period during which community way pounds must be spent.
Each community way pound has a cash redemption value of 0.001p.
Worcester CCAS is not liable for the quality of any goods or services purchased using community way pounds.
